Although topically very different from my Chance of a Lifetime books about the state of Current America, I am pleased to announce that I have been asked by the San Francisco Daily Journal and the Los Angeles Daily Journal to again start writing a monthly Business and Transactional Law column starting in January, 2015.
The San Francisco Daily Journal and the Los Angeles Daily Journal are the most widely-read law publications in the state, and my columns will address a wide-range of business, finance, real property, and other transactional law matters.
Although number of years ago I wrote a business law column for the Los Angeles Daily Journal, this is the first time that my column will be concurrently published in both Journals (excepting in those rare instances where the subject matter is of unique interest only to attorneys practicing only in Northern or Southern California).
I am always open to your topic ideas. If you have a particular business, transactional, finance, or real property law matter which you’d like me to address, please feel free to contact me at mwborgen@live.com.
