Shipping and Handling – All orders are final. US and Canada shipping and handling charge of $3.99 per book. International shipping and handling charge of $8.99 per book.

Wholesale, Bulk and Group Orders – Booksellers and distributors, not-for-profit or charitable organizations, educational institutions, classes, study groups, reading clubs, gifts, or other group circulations.
